In an age when good customer service is often just 'lip service' and certainly not something I take for granted, I would like to thank you and your colleagues for your help in making the purchase of our new car as smooth as possible. Although I haven't had much time to look at all the features of the new car, I am certainly very pleased with the drive and all the major features that make people buy cars - i.e. the 'look', the colour and the CD player! Just wanted to say how happy I am with the service received and my vehicle. Michelle kept me informed all the way through the process

The vehicle was delivered with my extras at the time stated by a very courteous delivery driver and I cannot possibly fault the service

I have just got back from seeing the van and wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for everything.
Obviously like many of your customers I wasn't sure about making such a big purchase over the Internet. You saying I could come up and put in my order in person reassured me massively so risking £500 didn't seem like a big deal. I say risking, but there never was any real risk.
Everything I wanted you sorted out for me and the van arrived perfectly to the coach builders. The lads down there who are very used to dealing with other companies said how good the driver was. Apparently he apologised for the van being dirty, even though he had just had to drive over 200 miles in the rain 😀
I have already recommended you to a couple of other companies and won't hesitate to use you again and will. Online to recommend you to anyone after a new vehicle.
